What I do
The everyday work of staying home
Most clients want the same things — to keep their independence, their routines, and the home they’ve built. The work below is how that happens, day by day.
Personal care
Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting — done with patience and respect.
Mobility support
Safe transfers, walking assistance, and help moving around the home.
Meal preparation
Home-cooked meals that match dietary needs and personal preferences.
Light housekeeping
Keeping living spaces clean, tidy, and comfortable to spend the day in.
Companionship
Conversation, shared activities, and presence — for clients who shouldn't be alone.
Errands & appointments
Grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, and accompaniment to medical appointments.
Medication reminders
Helping clients take medications on schedule and tracking what's been taken.
Observations & reporting
Watching for changes in condition and keeping families and the care team informed.
Additional experience
Specialty training for harder days
Hospice & palliative care
6 years supporting families through end-of-life care.
Memory care
Certified, with experience supporting clients living with dementia.
Post-hospital recovery
Short-term care during the weeks after a hospital discharge.

About Stephanie
One caregiver. Same face, same hands, every visit.
I’ve lived in southwest Calgary for over 20 years and worked as a caregiver to seniors for the last six — helping families navigate the practical, everyday things so their loved ones can stay home, with their dignity and routines intact.
When you hire me, you get me. Not a roster, not a coordinator on a phone tree — the same person, every visit.
